The columns are your columns

A custom question you added to the registration form is a column in the attendee export. Identifiers are resolved to something a human can read rather than left as internal references — the property explorer’s unit field, for example, exports as the unit code the sales team uses, not the identifier the database stores.

Exported in the venue’s clock

Timestamps in an export are the venue’s wall clock, matching the reports and the dashboard. A registration at 23:40 on day one is not filed under day two because the server happened to be running somewhere else.

Per person, for the requests you have to answer

Data requests arrive whether or not the platform anticipated them. There is a per-person export and a per-person erasure, so someone asking what you hold about them, or asking you to remove it, is a task rather than an escalation.

Leaving is allowed

The real test of a data export is whether it is good enough to leave with. If the only way to move to another platform is to retype a year of registrations, the export was never really an export — it was a gesture. Attendees, orders, leads, attendance and survey responses all come out in full, with your own columns, in a format any system will read.

That is a strange thing to advertise and it is the correct position. A platform that has to hold your data hostage to keep you is telling you something about the rest of the product.

Can I export my attendee list as CSV?

Yes, including every custom field your registration form collected, from the same list you are looking at on screen.

Are exports in the venue’s timezone?

Yes. Timestamps match the dashboard and the reports, so a late-evening registration is not filed under the following day.

Can I export or erase data for one person?

Yes. There is a per-person export and a per-person erasure, and both are recorded in the audit log.
